providing swimming therapy for children and adults:
. with learning and/or physical disabilities
. with health and/or lifestyle needs

Alsager Swans is a Swimming Club for people of all ages with disabilities, as well as for those who would benefit from water therapy eg. recovering from an operation, stroke or struggling to do exercise. 'The Swans' as it is affectionately known is a Registered Charity ( number 1015492) and has been active since 1979 and is also affiliated with the Halliwick Association of Swimming Therapy.

We meet every Sunday evening shortly before 6.00pm for a 1 hour swim session at Alsager High School Sports Centre.

Address: Hassall Road, Alsager, Cheshire ST7 2HP

We offer one to one instructor swimming therapy in a fun and friendly environment. We now have trained signers/facilitators to support people who have hearing impairment. Our instructors are CRB checked.

A big thanks to all who support us with charitable donations; Alsager Round Table, Town Council and Women's Guild; Cheshire Community Foundation; Nationwide, Waitrose, Tesco and Asda; swimmer parents; Stoke on Trent Freemasons, Kidsgrove Wheelers; Mary Sunley Boat and club members through sponsored events and gifts.
